Service Levels
We realize that every job is unique and has different schedules and needs. Every project is engineered to meet your company's safety goals and budget. Every storm is managed to provide you the maximum value. For example, if it is going to warm up over the weekend following a Friday storm, we will manage the snow and ice differently than if a prolonged arctic blast is expected following a Monday storm. This saves you money! We manage your project as if we were the client.
Platinum
This is the highest level of service in the snow and ice industry. Prior to snow and/or ice, your property will be pretreated with liquid green Gust like ODOT does to bridges and sloped areas). Personnel are staged one half hour in advance of any inclement weather. During open hours, your paved surfaces will be bare and wet, except during heavy snow, when your property will be continuously plowed and shoveled. De-icing services will resume once the heavy snowfall has been cleared and it is reasonable to expect that the salt will create a bare and wet condition that will last over two hours. The project will be engineered so that every two hours (during heavy snowfalls) the property will receive a complete plow. Accumulations of less than one inch will be treated with chemical applications .
Zero Tolerance
This is a high level of service focused on having bare and wet pavement conditions throughout the day during specified time periods. Within the defined periods, you will have bare and wet pavement except during heavy snowfall, during which your property will be continuously plowed and shoveled. De-icing services will resume once the heavy snowfall has been cleared and it is reasonable to expect that the salt will create a bare and wet condition that will last two hours. The project will be engineered so that your property will receive a complete plow every four hours during heavy snowfall events.
Strategic De-Ice
This is a high level of service focused on having bare and wet pavement during key time periods (first thing in the morning, before the lunch hour, and before the evening rush hour). Whenever there is snow or ice prior to morning, lunch or rush hour, your property will be serviced in order to maintain bare and wet pavement throughout these busy time periods.
Co-Pilot
This service package is triggered when the snowfall measures two inches. Your property will be plowed and salted prior to the start of your business day and will receive one additional application if needed during the day. If weather conditions look problematic and our professionals feel that an additional application of ice melt is needed, we will call you. You can then make the decision to receive an additional application or to wait and let the snow build up until the next business day.

Ancillary Services
The Risk Assessment Factor is a conservative estimate of the likelihood of a slip and fall accident occurring on your property during a given snow season and is based on a particular level of service.
